May Giveaway Rules

  • No donation necessary to enter. To enter without donating, please mail a postcard or letter to Foundation Todos Juntos, P.O. Box 533, Honey Brook, PA 19344, indicating that you would like to join the Foundation Todos Juntos May Giveaway. Please include your name, mailing address, and email address.

  • The Foundation Todos Juntos May Giveaway is open to U.S. entrants only.

  • Foundation Todos Juntos board members are not eligible for the giveaway.

  • All new online donations must be received by Saturday May 31, 2025.

  • All check donations and postcards or letters to enter without donating must be postmarked by Saturday May 31, 2025.

  • On June 16, 2025, the Foundation Todos Juntos team will select the winner at random and notify them. 

  • The winner will receive an official donation acknowledgment letter with a deduction of the value of the table runner ($50 USD) (e.g., if the winner donates $100, the amount of their donation for tax purposes would be $50).

All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law (if applicable).

 

Per U.S. law, Foundation Todos Juntos has the responsibility and authority to exercise control over the donated funds, withdraw approval of a grant, and/or redirect the funds in furtherance of the Foundation’s exempt purposes as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors of the Foundation Todos Juntos.


5% of all non-scholarship donations and 3% of scholarship donations are retained for the Foundation’s operating expenses.
