Asociación 32 Volcanes's Agroecology Team continues to develop and expand several environmental projects, including:

- Reforestation: Planting trees to reforest the mountainside in and around the communities where 32 Volcanes scholarship students and Nutrition Program families live
- Vegetable and Herb Gardens: Building and maintaining family raised bed gardens specifically with nutritionally high-risk families and at the Family Support Center garden
- Biodigester pilot project in Llanos del Pinal and La Victoria
- Education and Collaboration:
- Collaborating with local partners to offer organic gardening workshops on vermicomposting, composting, and oyster mushroom cultivation among others to support families in consuming what they can grow at home and encouraging a change to a more nutritious diet with a reduced ecological footprint.
- Offering environmental education for the families participating in any 32 Volcanes project.
